I would expect this from an individual cop.. but from a fraternal order? Using 911 to swindle people out of money? Having to have the ATTORNEY GENERAL of their state stop them?You can’t get much lower than that.

UK used to have gun laws similar to USA. They only started clamping down in the 1900s. Now gun crimes have doubled. (Note: Their murder rate per capita is still about half ours, despite a gun ban. But how many died due to not being able to defend themselves? And check out their home invasion rate…)

I got them as a gift!!!
My mom was surprised I wasn’t wearing them to paint my upstairs. But I was like, “I know how much my brother paid for them, and knowing that, I cannot condone wearing them to paint.”
My mom got a cheap knockoff, and they gave her a blister. She did wear hers to paint.

I got some Crocs knockoffs right before we went tubing, just b/c I’d heard that going tubing while barefoot was a really bad idea, and I didn’t have any shoes that would have worked otherwise. I’m not sure whether they were made of the same material that “real” Crocks are made of, but mine were actually unusually comfortable (and that’s saying a lot, because I normally have a lot of trouble finding shoes that don’t give me blisters or otherwise fit oddly). They’re wide in the front, and have sort of soft sole….I dunno!
Although I don’t really think the style is particularly attractive, they’re pretty good for just walking around the beach or around the house or whatever… :)

Heh, I should have known posting a fashion link would lead into fashion discussion. muahahaha. but the real issue I think is the stock market thing. that’s some of the strangest news to come out since 911…
