• ABUSE OF AUTHORITY: schizophrenic wheelchair-bound woman dies after being shocked with taser 10 times – one officer shocked her 9 times for a total of 160 seconds — that’s 17.7 seconds of inflicting pain on someone in a wheelchair. Times 9.

  3) using a Taser on a person that’s in a wheelchair
