• ABUSE OF AUTHORITY: Disorderly Conduct is too broad; yelling should be legal; Man says officer arrested him because he was from Iraq (officer served there). Maybe Brendon Smith should go back to HIS country: Nazi Germany.

• ABUSE OF AUTHORITY: Police should not chase people over broken taillights….especially when it results in innocent people being killed. Sounds like it was a “black” neighborhood…
  I haven’t been covering these stories as much, but it’s happening all the time — innocents getting killed and injured over petty crimes that do not warrant such a societal risk.$500K MAX LAWSUIT CAP?!?!?! WTF?!?

  Interesting story. At one point years ago, he voluntarily contacted the local police and showed them his stories (which include pedophilia), and the police agreed there was nothing to do. But some puritan in Georgia made a federal case out of it…
