TECHNOLOGY WAR: Day Of Multiple Failures: SCOTUS, ACLU, WikiLeaks, and DNS.

Supreme Court wont hear wiretapping lawsuit, because the people suing can’t know they were tapped. And Wikileaks is removed from DNS via court order (corporate censorship via the legal system), forcing people to have to use the numerical IP address to connet.

• TECHNOLOGY WAR: Supreme Court Won’t Hear ACLU Wiretap Case – says those suing can’t prove they were being investigated (since that is a secret!) More Catch-22 doublethink. Our courts have failed us.
  THIS LOGIC USED IN THE PAST:
  1857: Supreme Court declares all blacks are non-citizens.
  Black man sues: Dred Scott v. Sanford.
  Chief Justice Taney wrote a majority opinion that, because Scott was black, he was not a citizen and thus had no right to sue.
• Similarly, the same ass-backward logic is being used as a guise to protect the telecom companies.

• TECHNOLOGY WAR/CORPORATIONS: Wikileaks has been removed from DNS via court order, but of course you can still access it using the IP address.
