What we're making for our hurricane party! These aren't the same hurricanes we drank from 1994-2005ish — the Hurricane served at [some bar] in Blacksburg (Virginia Tech) was completely different than this.
Thus, our drink-recipe shrine (taped inside cabinets) now has a "Blacksburg Hurricane" and a "Hurricane Irene" drink :)
Weird that Giant doesn't sell Simple Syrup. You can only get it at the ABC. All the other ingredients are best bought at a grocery, where it's cheaper.
For PassionFruit juice you will need to look in the Spanish sodas area.
