I can’t believe that America has gone so far down the wrong path that a person like Arpaio is allowed to hold a position of authority.The man is a sick,control freak with a sadistic streak that enters into perverse all too often.Who would even think of putting prisoners in tents in the desert?Forcing them to wear pink underwear.No salt,sugar,toothpaste,the list is endless.This is torture by any standards of human decency.Chain gangs?This is proof that the USA has lost any semblance of humanity.This is the very definition of tyranny.
