RIGHT TO DIE: Kevorkian release nears after 8 years – still only 1 state has changed its laws
Let people who want to die, die in dignity. All this, and Kevorkian has only caused one state to change its laws?
Catholic leaders (among others) are of course involved in stopping any positive change.

This sociaetal change, when it happens, will be consumer driven and not legislated. “Consumer” may seem like an odd word choice but I firmly believe that it will be the economics of living vs. dying that will make change happen. Would your aging and parent consider taking his/her own life if it saved you and your siblings big $? What if his/her employer sweetened the pot by paying out a cash balance to the survivors of those who died early? These realities are coming.
