“It is well documented that even small concentrations in the air of these pollutants can seriously damage health”. Bullshit. Cocaine is a schedule 2 drug, prescribed, tested, and safe to use. A small concentration in the atmosphere does NO harm. I also consider this a “Technology War” issue, as new technology is being used to invade peoples’ privacy even further.

Regarding the HIV thing-
I have actually heard of people intentionally giving other people HIV, and intentionally getting it themselves, because “it’s the only thing that sexually thrills them anymore…everything else has been done.” It is so utterly horrifying to me, seriously. It’s become so widespread that it was on CNN or Yahoo a couple of years ago. I’m not sure what’s more disturbing–drugging someone and then infecting them just to be cruel, or two consensual adults getting it??!!

Actually, I think a more appropriate punishment would be to give them immunosupressants! That should help the HIV run its course.
