It’s not real life! University of Delaware implements policy literally saying “ALL white people are racists, and people of color cannot be racists”, Is it Christmas (with RSS feed)?   A guy is trying to sell shitty paintings making fun of conspiracy theorist Alex Jones. In an obvious attempt to drive traffic to his site, he leaves a pithy comment about Alex, responding in no way to the blog I wrote. So I didn’t approve his comment and wrote him an email designed to annoy him. It worked!

• OVERLY-HARSH PUNISHMENTS: Man plays craps incorrectly, still losing $50 in an hour. State charges him with 10-year-in-prison $100,000 fine for not knowing how to play craps.

  Imagine you try gambling, aren’t very good at all the rules in craps, and place an invalid bet.Now imagine your life being ruined by the process, even though the casino came out ahead, money-wise.

• ABUSE OF AUTHORITY: Off-duty cop tells people not to piss outside, starts a fight, has everyone arrested, but OOPS — they pepper-sprayed someone not involved, and now they’re getting sued.

  And yes, this is an abuse of authority because an officer still has police powers even when off-duty, and are far more likely to pull shit like this off than a non-officer. Did he arrest the guy peeing? Nope.
