FREEDOM: The Police State in Review, 2013

I agree that these stories are far bigger than the bullshit that typically makes the news rounds. This article is far more worthy of being read than the combination of every CNN and Fox News article that comes out over a week.

I had forgotten how police dumped 100+ bullets into multiple vehicles full of complete innocents who did nothing to provoked simply because they were on a bloodhunt for Dorner.

Their names were never even released – That is not democracy or freedom. Government shooting innocents without releasing the name of the people who did it is exactly why every American needs to own a gun. Not a musket. An assault rifle. Not advocating sedition here – but simply put, the power needs to be squarely in the hands of the people.

A government is supposed to fear its people: Thomas Jefferson said this for chrissakes. When people are scared of the govt, it is tyranny.

Very sad article.

Anyone know what happened to Robert Trudell?

ABUSE OF AUTHORITY: CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS: Police perform house-to-house raids in Watertown MA ripping innocent families from their homes at gunpoint

You know what’s worse than 3 people dead and 176 injured? Millions of people thinking they have constitutional rights, but finding out they actually don’t.

And a right that the government can selectively take away when it feels like it? That is not a right. At that point, it’s simply a privilege.

Pointing a gun at somebody IS violence. This is violence against citizenry. At this point, it’s almost a collective punishment for allowing a terrorist to attack.

The worst part is how many people are lined up saying this is okay — Americans have completely and utterly forgotten what freedom is supposed to be.

They now just want a security force that keeps the maximum bodies alive, regardless of consequence to free will.

Fuck that, and Fuck Boston, city of pussies. From the great boston tea party of the 1770s to the pussydom of today, there’s no city in the country that’s pissed harder on its own legacy of freedom.

Adding extra insult to all this? The raids made no difference. The suspect wasn’t in a house, and was found by civilian tips. The police made little difference. This was about training people to obey Big Brother.

POLICE STATE: IRS Can Read Your Email Without Warrant

So yup, it’s pretty official… The government can read any of your email at any time, and admit it.

You have no privacy with your own effects, thanks to the Electronic Communication Protection Act, which actually makes our electronic communications NOT protected from the government.

And thanks to the fact that the 4th Amendment’s intent has been repeatedly eroded away every time any new technology comes along. I mean, to protect phone calls, they had to pass specific laws, because your conversations were going over PUBLIC wires that were IN PUBLIC.

But we don’t bother passing laws like that now.

Most people are more concerned with deciding which right to take away next, rather than trying to gain back the rights we had and keep losing.

Sad state of affairs.

FOURTH AMENDMENT: Delhi Charter School In Louisiana Forces Girls To Take Pregnancy Tests, Kicks Out Students Who Test Positive Or Refuse

You see, once everyone decided it was okay to unconstitutionally force people to take a urine test to receive the government benefit of welfare…

…It only follows to make it okay to unconstitutionally force people to take a pregnancy test to receive the government benefit of free education…

Thanks to the authoritarians for this: Both the left AND the right
